We invite local artists (of all avenues) to showcase their talents at the Art & Culture Pavilion. Poets, artists, playwrights, and composers are often sources of truth, order, harmony, and meaning. Artists can unlock our imagination and stir us to pause, think, and reflect.

The Art & Culture Pavilion also brings art workshops, and activities to engage the community, such as migajon making, (cold porcelain) alebrijes, painting, and arts and crafts for all ages.

Art and Culture is found throughout the grounds of the festival, such as with Aztec Dance groups, and art and craft vendors; however if you are looking for an art fair, and craft-making, make sure to stop by the Art & Culture Pavilion. New to this year’s Fiesta is a poetry/freestyle slam, and we are currently searching for young artists.

Today, more than ever the arts are needed by our young people as a forum for self expression, communication, exploration, imagination, and cultural and historical understanding.
