Cannabis Expo (Get your Rap Sheet)
For the first time ever at Fiesta del Sol, we will be hosting the Cannabis Expo. During the four days of the festival, the cannabis expo will be offering activities in different areas, such as cannabis business and entrepreneurship, education around cannabis, and lastly, during the Fiesta del Sol weekend (July 30th and July 31st), we will be hosting the first cannabis expungement event, where members of the community (previously registered) will have the opportunity to start down the pathway to clearing their records.
In addition, during this event we will have community organizations who will be sharing additional cannabis resources for the community.
In this page you will be able to register to obtain your rap sheet and start your clearing-record proccess.
Please note: The full process to clear your record may take up to a year or two. During the Cannabis Expo event you will start that process, then our volunteer attorneys will guide you through the next steps.
IMPORTANT: Our volunteer team will ONLY review Chicago cases. If you have a pending case outside Chicago, please do not attend this event. This event is +21 years old only.

Por primera vez en Fiesta del Sol, estaremos llevando a cabo la Cannabis Expo. Durante los cuatro días del festival, la Cannabis Expo estará ofreciendo actividades para la comunidad en diferentes áreas, como lo es “negocio y emprendimiento en el mundo del cannabis”, “la educación en torno al cannabis” y, por último, durante el fin de semana de la Fiesta del Sol (30 y 31 de julio), estaremos llevando a cabo el primer evento donde miembros de la comunidad (previamente registrados) tendrán la oportunidad de comenzar el camino para limpiar sus récords de cannabis.
Además, durante este evento tendremos organizaciones comunitarias que compartirán recursos adicionales de cannabis para la comunidad.
En esta página puede registrarse para obtener sus antecedentes penales y empezar el camino a limpiar sus récords.
Tenga en cuenta: el proceso completo para limpiar sus récords puede durar hasta uno o dos años. Durante el evento “Cannabis Expo”, comenzará ese proceso, luego nuestros abogados voluntarios lo guiarán a través de los próximos pasos.
IMPORTANTE: Nuestro equipo de voluntarios SÓLO revisará los casos de Chicago. Si tiene un caso pendiente fuera de Chicago, no asista a este evento. Este evento es solo para mayores de 21 años.
